Friday is when all items purchased during the Thursday night release get packaged. The remaining inventory is now available in store for purchase.

When will I receive my items? 

If you purchased your items within store (working) hours, it will ship within 1-2 days. If it was placed outside of store hours, it will ship when i'm back in store. Porch pickup items will be ready same business day or next business day depending on time of order. 

What is your return policy? 

You can return your unworn/unwashed items up to 10 days after your item is shipped/your item is placed in the porch pickup bin for a store credit. Please email before you return your item(s) to ensure return approval. Returns will not be accepted without approval and/or after the 10-day return window has passed. Please make sure to return all items in original packaging with invoice included. You must show your proof of purchase in store to receive credit.

All Sale items and items purchased with a discount are FINAL SALE. No returns on these items! No EXCEPTIONS. If a sale item or item purchased with a discount doesn't fit, please donate or regift that item. Thank you.

Where are you located for porch pickup? 

Porch pickup is located in the Katy/Fulshear area. You will be given the porch pickup address once your order is ready.

How is sizing?  

Sizing information is available on each individual item's listing.
